This Creatine is the real deal!! I’ve been taking it for a month to help with my journey back to health in particular into MMA. The Foundation products have been better than advertised. I understand that it is not in Steven's personality to try to convince us that the product is "amazing" or "the best on the market". I will say that it is undersold, both the creatine and the multi vitamin are a vital part to my daily routine. No other products used or needed. I have no way of contacting support. I signed up for auto refill for both products but didn’t see any confirmation on the vitamins. I had double total knee replacement surgery in December of 2024. I’ve only been on the creatinine for a week as well as the vitamins. I have noticed a little less muscle fatigue already. I’m not working out but I’m on my feet all day minus lunch break doing very physical work.

So far I like the consistency of the powder. After using Optimum nutrition and some others, I can tell this is different in a good way. It dissolves really well and literally has no taste, which I know is hard to do. Will definitely be using for now on.

I have used creatine for many years so I can’t make a comment yet on its effectiveness (only had it a few days). The texture is perfect. I dry spoon it, drink water and it melts. No sandy texture or bad taste. Fell better about knowing the quality of the product.

This is the best creatine I have ever used. It dissolves quickly in just cool water. I take it every morning in a small glass of water the same as my old creatine that always left a filmy powder at the bottom of the glass which means I wasn't getting the full dose. I love this stuff!
I’ve taken creatine before and it was always useful as an avid gym goer. But this is definitely a better quality creatine. Been getting back to the gym after having a baby. I noticed from taking months off from a regular gym routine, this product has helped my recovery so much. I feel better and noticed some of my strength starting to come back. Definitely keeping this product in my daily routine. Love how easily it mixes too. The powder is super fine dissolved instantly just by dry scooping into my mouth with water.
I love that you can't taste it and have the after taste. I just started it so can't tell so much on the effects, but I really like the consistency of it!

Dissolves very easy even in cold liquid. Been taking a regular 5mg dose as I'm over 40 now and trying to help with not jusy retaining muscle mass, but cognition as well.

The creatine has made a considerable impact on my recovery time. I have Lupus & fibromyalgia, so any effect is noticeable. Your shipping partner is horrendous. 12 days to get my order to Arlington, Tx. It went from Arkansas- Oklahoma City-Ft Worth- back to Oklahoma City- and then WISCONSIN before it was actually delivered. 12 days, ridiculous.

My first order arrived busted in the mail the customer service was super friendly and shipped out a replacement at no charge. The replacement arrived sooner than my original order lol.
