I was taking a multivitamin already, but I was curious about this one. After talking with my doctor and making comparisons between the two, we determined that this was a better fit. 4 pills per day can be tough to remember compared to 2 from my previous multivitamin, but I have to other complaints, other than the owner of this company is a strange animal ;).

I've been taking the Foundation supplements, from about the time Steven released them to the public. I'm 61, and I can tell you, the change in my feeling of health and general wellbeing is significant, after starting on Foundation Daily. In fact, I started my (95-year-old) mother on Foundation Daily, and I've seen a marked, and not insignificant change in her overall wellness, over the last couple months, as well. She's more active, more alert, and generally doing better, all around, than before she started on them.
I am just now starting on the Creatine and have found that I feel significantly better and mentally sharper, than before. I plan on "dosing" mom with a couple scoops a day, to maybe get her mental clarity boosted, and hopefully have her less inclined to be upset and disappointed with her mental decline. The studies give me a bit of optimism, and trust in the product, for her improvement. We'll see how it goes.

I have a compressed L2 and get shots every 3 months, they usually wear off a week or so before the next round, except when I started foundation. The pain hasn't been as bad in my back.

I was pretty skeptical, all other supplements don't seem to ever do sh*t
Messed up my back about 2 years ago squatting and gained 60 lbs
Could not work out for more than 2 weeks at a time, and gave up on it.
No matter what I did, nothing would help, and the doctors did not even know what the problem was.
About 1.5-2 weeks after taking as recommended on the bottle, I can work out again.
My joints are not hurting every morning in general, not just my back.
I have more energy, almost like in my 20's again, I'm 31.

I’m not one to fall for super-hyped ad that promise to knock years off your ancient ol bod (and believe me mine is right up there with the sequoias but not nearly as strong or spectacular).
So when I watched Steve literally jump up and down when talking about these vitamins I was both intrigued and suspicious but I thought, the guy is pretty honest and right-on about most things so what the hell might as well give em a go. A tad pricey but hey there was a money-back guarantee…
So okay a couple of weeks into taking them you folks sent me a text asking if I was satisfied. “Hold on,” said I, I’m a 79-year-old granny, it’s gonna take more than 2weeks to see how I feel.
Okay been about 2months and I must say, there were no bells or whistles but gradually I began to just feel better. Nothing I can put my finger on, I still have some health issues, but darned if I don’t really just better.
So I told you I’d write and let you know.

I already did a review when I first stated taking foundation but I wanted to give an update now that I’ve been taking it longer. This multivitamin is incredible! I have chronic pain and it really helps me to enjoy my life and be able to do more things. This has worked much better than the pills the Doctor had prescribed in the past (which I’m not taking anymore). This multivitamin has allowed me to avoid taking injections that have bad side effects such as infertility, which is super important for me as a young woman who plans on having kids someday. A couple things, I'm on the second month of Foundation Daily. It can take some time to feel the full effects of a dietary change but suffice to say I am happy to reduce all the other supplements I have been taking. Secondly, my last order was sent to the wrong address. It was probably my fault but your customer service sent me a replacement order with no charge to me. The product is top notch. The distribution is terrible. I have decided to go with a competitor because I can buy through Amazon and not have to deal with this third party distributor. This also includes the use of ISPS, that seems to lose everything you ship. UPS, FedEx would be much better as well. If you ever show up on Amazon, will buy again.

I like that it includes both the multi-vitamin and several things that do not come in traditional multi-vitamins. Some of them I have been in deficit in. It does smell/taste bad though but that is really the only complaint. I have had no adverse effects and I am hoping that when I go back to the doctor in two months all key nutrients will be back in order.

Can't really point at one thing or another here... All I know is I've been taking multi-vitamins for most of my life never really knowing if it did anything... like I'd go through long periods where I wouldn't take them, But with Foundation Daily after around a month of taking it I just noticed I felt physically better for it so I know it was working.
Better how? I mean I can't say exactly... just everything felt better... kind of like when you put some WD-40 on your old door joints and they stop creaking and function how a door should.
First time I've ever recommended a daily vitamin supplement to friends and family.
It won't replace good healthy habits but it sure is the easiest thing you could possibly do to see improvements on your health.
