I'm a 46 yr-old field mechanic for a construction company and started taking the supplement and creatine to help supplement my diet. I don't know how I would actually rate it other than I do feel more focused and get fewer heat cramps. Overall I feel better and more alive than I did taking the stuff off Wal-Mart's shelf. I can only assume it's working.

I was excited to see the box in my mailbox. It was nicely wrapped; and protected. I opened the 2nd box; there is the mug. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of the mug. The Louder with Crowder isn't painted on, you can feel each letter engraved into the mug. I showed it off to friends, even they were surprised how well made it is & surprised it's a giveaway. I've been taking the Foundation supplements, from about the time Steven released them to the public. I'm 61, and I can tell you, the change in my feeling of health and general wellbeing is significant, after starting on Foundation Daily. In fact, I started my (95-year-old) mother on Foundation Daily, and I've seen a marked, and not insignificant change in her overall wellness, over the last couple months, as well. She's more active, more alert, and generally doing better, all around, than before she started on them. I am just now starting on the Creatine and have found that I feel significantly better and mentally sharper, than before. I plan on "dosing" mom with a couple scoops a day, to maybe get her mental clarity boosted, and hopefully have her less inclined to be upset and disappointed with her mental decline. I have a compressed L2 and get shots every 3 months, they usually wear off a week or so before the next round, except when I started foundation. The pain hasn't been as bad in my back.

The Foundation products have been better than advertised. I understand that it is not in Steven's personality to try to convince us that the product is "amazing" or "the best on the market". I will say that it is undersold, both the creatine and the multi vitamin are a vital part to my daily routine. No other products used or needed. The improvement in daily life is as equally important as the improvement in my gym life. So despite the subtle nature of the selling of this product, the results are anything but subtle. Thank you.

Love this shirt! I'm 5'2", 119lbs and ordered the Medium. It fits well for a unisex cut. It's a little long but I wanted it wide enough that it doesn't bunch up above my hips. Goal achieved. The fabric is light enough for Texas heat, which is a nice bonus and it washes well; no fading.

I stopped using a multivitamin about a week before I ordered foundation. When foundation came, I started taking it immediately and within a few days I noticed a difference way better than my old multivitamin. Definitely worth the money.
