I've had a lot of "fun" getting to where I look as old as I do & I'm still trying to keepnit going.
Everything always hurts.
I was taking a daily vitamin, joint suppliment, & usually Tylenol every day.
If I didn't time the vitamin & joint suppliment with my meals properly - I'd get nauseous.
While taking Foundation - I don't get nauseous & have only had to take Tylenol once after packing out a huge bull elk.

I’ve been using Foundation Daily since January and it has definitely been wonderful. I’ve cut back on other vitamins I was using along side my previous daily vitamin. It’s great not to have to take a cocktail of pills every morning. I’ve even had my mom start using Foundation! We both love it!

I've never taken creatine or any work out "supplement" before, so I have nothing to compare it to. As a blue collar guy, and after taking 10 grams/day for almost 2 months, I can see and feel the difference in my muscles, energy, and mental clarity. It dissolves easily and quickly in any drink I put it in. I've been recommending it to family and coworkers.

Good sh*t ;). No really, first daily supplement I've taken where I can honestly say I've noticed a difference after regular use for about 2-3 weeks, where as others it's like "Hope this is doing something." Nothing miraculous... I just feel better overall compared to before, and didn't really change up anything else with my daily routines and diet.

I take one tab 4 times a day because I have a sensitive stomach. I take it with my calcium supplement. I’ll be 65 in November. I’m on day 10. I’m feeling a little less fatigued. No additional stomach issues with foundation daily.

This Creatine is the real deal!! I’ve been taking it for a month to help with my journey back to health in particular into MMA. I emailed letting you know that the seal was broken on one of my Creatine containers. I have not heard back. So I decided to go this route letting you know that the seal was broke on one of my containers that I ordered. I love the product but was hoping for a new one sent to me. I am unsure if I should use the open container of Creatine. Thanks for you help.

This cupboard was once full of all kinds of supplements from Super B Complex, to Magnesium to you name it. I decided to try Crowder's formula because I believe he takes his health seriously. I buy from Crowder Shop because I trust you guys. Loyal mug clubber for several years. Also ordered the new creatine, looking forward to it. The only concern I have is the inconsistency in color and taste. My first batch was typical tan colored contents, no noticeable flavor. The next batch was more yellow, and tasted like chicken soup or something... the most recent batch was full-on orange, and I felt I had to say something. Much like diet and exercise, consistency is key to success. You gotta get these consistent, guys! And do something about the flavor... I frigging hate soup!

I have been using foundation for three months now, small adjustment to the formula. I was taking the major elements individually , at a larger cost and doses. slight garlic kick back but taken with food clears that up. All in all I love it.

I'm a 46 yr-old field mechanic for a construction company and started taking the supplement and creatine to help supplement my diet. I don't know how I would actually rate it other than I do feel more focused and get fewer heat cramps. Overall I feel better and more alive than I did taking the stuff off Wal-Mart's shelf. I can only assume it's working.

I was excited to see the box in my mailbox. It was nicely wrapped; and protected. I opened the 2nd box; there is the mug. I was pleasantly surprised by the weight of the mug.
