The Foundation products have been better than advertised. I understand that it is not in Steven's personality to try to convince us that the product is "amazing" or "the best on the market". I have no way of contacting support. I signed up for auto refill for both products but didn’t see any confirmation on the vitamins. I had double total knee replacement surgery in December of 2024. I’ve only been on the creatinine for a week as well as the vitamins. I have noticed a little less muscle fatigue already. I’m not working out but I’m on my feet all day minus lunch break doing very physical work.

So far I like the consistency of the powder. After using Optimum nutrition and some others, I can tell this is different in a good way. It dissolves really well and literally has no taste, which I know is hard to do. Will definitely be using for now on.

I can’t show a before and after physical visible comparison, but I have started to feel and function a LOT better…. Creatine seems to help get rid of the brain fog... i feel clearer for a while after consuming it. The effect, however, wears off after while. By 3pm, I'm back to my old doom-scrolling ways because i just can't focus. Maybe i should consider an additional dose at midday? Can one consume too much creatine? What would happen if one ingested too much? I will try a second dose tomorrow and see where it takes me. Thanks. I hope you have a great day.

I have been Taking the foundation daily creatine for just over 2 weeks. I have not changed my diet or exercise routine, this is the only change I’ve made in the last two weeks. Since I started taking this I’m sleeping better than I ever have before. I have not had a good night sleep in 20 years, I have always tossed, and turn all night waking up every hour or so. Last week I slept way past my alarm with only a few minutes to spare before my work shift started. I have never slept past an alarm. I usually wake up a couple minutes before. I had resorted to never being able to sleep, just felt like it was part of my life. These last two weeks have been very different, my wife has been making fun of the fact I’m falling asleep before her now. As long as the sleep continues I’ll keep taking this.
