I have no way of contacting support. I signed up for auto refill for both products but didn’t see any confirmation on the vitamins. I had double total knee replacement surgery in December of 2024. I’ve only been on the creatinine for a week as well as the vitamins. I have noticed a little less muscle fatigue already. I’m not working out but I’m on my feet all day minus lunch break doing very physical work.

So far I like the consistency of the powder. After using Optimum nutrition and some others, I can tell this is different in a good way. It dissolves really well and literally has no taste, which I know is hard to do. Will definitely be using for now on.

The creatine dissolves very well into water with no taste or grit. I’ve found if the water is cold that the color of the powder doesn’t go away, but it is still smooth and tasteless. My one critique is that the scoop provided is not the full 5 gram dose promised by the labeling. I would highly recommend using a scale as the scoop comfortably holds a little less than 2 grams, and 2.5 grams if you pack it in

I always associated creatine with steroids thanks to Mark McGuire of the St Louis Cardinals fame because that is what he said he used during his home run chase is 1998. After Steven Crowder started discussing it on his show I took a deeper look into it and gave it a shot. It has transformed this slowing but still moving tiring 60 year old body into the kid I knew in my younger days. I am working out like I used to and again starting to "eat lightening and crap thunder". As well as Waking up with more focus. The quality is amazing and I am so happy that I started taking it.
