A little over a year after having surgery for what I thought was an old rotator cuff injury but happened to be arthritis and the need to attach a bicep in a more stable location for joint stability. Foundation has kept the minor inflammation flair ups to a minimum which has also has kept scar tissue from swelling and pinching a nerve. Not only that it’s returned enough basic nutrients back in my body to allow me to relax at night so I can somewhat rest. Definitely a superior blend than all the other cut rate multi vitamins on the market. I’m definitely going to keep taking foundation for as long as I’m able to afford it.

I really like the multivitamins from Foundation. Since I started taking them, I've noticed a noticeable boost in my energy levels. I've also seen a slight increase in my resting heart rate, which seems to be helping me burn more calories throughout the day.
I’ve found they provide some relief from joint pain as well. I appreciate that Foundation lab-tests their products for quality and transparency. However, I wish they published updated test results on a regular schedule so customers can easily see the latest data.
I’m hopeful that Foundation will expand into other supplements like NMN and additional health-focused products in the future. It’s great to have a company that provides sources, on news providing products options to support both physical health, information, and entertainment.

We've only been using this for around 10 days and our cervical, lumbar spine and hip inflammation has decreased based on the fact we are moving a bit better. I had stopped taking multivitamins years ago. I started out with great conviction, but it didn't last. Fast forward to now. I decided that it was time that I start up with a multivitamin again. Typically OTC vitamins have labels cluttered with too much information. Just try to compare one to another. It's dizzying. Along comes Crowder with Foundation Daily. It's simple and as complete as I need it to be. I've developed a routine where I take it first thing in the morning. So easy. I've never gotten an upset stomach. It's been a few months and I've stayed with the routine. I signed up for auto ship to get some savings. I think what I've noticed the most is a positive effect on my emotions. I feel I'm in a better frame of mind throughout the day. If I had one recommendation.. it would be to eliminate or reduce the shipping costs.

My initial impressions are good. After almost 2 weeks of daily use I haven't noticed anything negative. The the 1st week I started to feel just a little better overall. I deliver beverages with a two wheeled dolly, off of a 43' sideload trailer, to multiple stops a day. So its easy to tell when I'm feeling optimal or not. And I have been moving better as I've stayed consistent with the daily doses.
My diet could use a lot of improvement so that may be why I am noticing slight changes so soon. Until I start cooking whole foods for myself again, I think I'll stick with Foundation.
Foundation has been a value-added to my daily intake!

Foundation Daily is the first supplement I’ve taken that has turmeric as one of the ingredients in conjunction with multivitamins. Thus far it seems to help keep inflammation down in my arthritic leg that resulted from a broken femur of a few years ago. I also appreciate that I can delete some other supplements that I’ve been taking that you’ve incorporated into this product such as garlic and black pepper in their optimum dosages. One month in and hoping for more great results!!!

I’ve been taking Foundation Daily since it was announced and since taking it I have felt much better. I’m a Veteran that has had multiple injuries some that were to my back. Two years ago I stopped taking pain medication for my injuries and just figured I would live in lots of pain. I’m a 29yo male. I started using Foundation Daily roughly 2 months ago. My weight fluctuates quite a bit, so it hasn’t been constant, and I could (should) drop about 30lbs. I do lift for about 45 minutes per day, 4 days per week.
