Only been on it now for a little over a week and I can already feel a difference in my stamina at work. I showed it to my doctor and he said it looked like a great product! I’ve been taking a multivitamin for years and have had mixed results and some really yellow pee haha! I have high hopes that I continue to see positive benefits from Foundation!

Everything always hurts.
I was taking a daily vitamin, joint suppliment, & usually Tylenol every day.
If I didn't time the vitamin & joint suppliment with my meals properly - I'd get nauseous.
While taking Foundation - I don't get nauseous & have only had to take Tylenol once after packing out a huge bull elk.

I feel great after using these for only a month. I'm not tired in the middle of my day anymore and my sciatic stopped bothering me as much. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that but it did. My only gripe is that when I take it at night it seems to keep me up. Most likely a personal thing since I don't see any other complaints about that.

I’ve been using Foundation Daily since January and it has definitely been wonderful. I’ve cut back on other vitamins I was using along side my previous daily vitamin. It’s great not to have to take a cocktail of pills every morning. I’ve even had my mom start using Foundation! We both love it!

Foundation multi vitamins are great! After 3 months of using them I have seen subtle differences. Mostly in my knees and BP although it was never high but now it's going back to normal for me which is below 95. I did notice a huge difference in color, this bottle is a much brighter orange than the other 3 bottles! I would like to order the Creatine, is there anyway I can get it with my multi's every month? Or do I just need to order it separately? I'm almost out of my Creatine, and if I could get Foundation Creatine with my Foundation Vitamins that would be fabulous! It has combined 18 pills and capsules a day down to four of yours and a little extra magnesium and some NAC for my allergies. My girl also has me take CDG with DIM To flush out the extra estrogen so I don’t suffer from little bitch-itus.

I’m 58 years old and was having some joint pain and started taking foundation, 2 pills twice a day and in about 2 weeks I could tell it was making a difference. after a month my joint pain was gone. If I miss a dose or 2 the joint pain starts returning. I will have my first blood work done this week to see how that looks.

No really, first daily supplement I've taken where I can honestly say I've noticed a difference after regular use for about 2-3 weeks, where as others it's like "Hope this is doing something." Quit drinking just about a year ago and started putting quite a bit of weight on. Working on my feet with the extra weight started wreaking havoc on my knees. I've never had problems with my knees so any pain was like a 5 alarm fire and Foundations put it out after about a week of starting it. My weight has gone down a bit as well. I'm extremely happy I don't need ibuprofen daily and I feel mostly normal again!

And, now this is going to sound phony as hell, but I truly am recommending it to my friends and family.
To the ones that ask where I heard about them I usually say they were recommended to me by a friend. Mainly because most of my friends are a bit, ahem, more left-leaning than am I, and if I mentioned I heard of them on a Louder with Crowder podcast there would be all the “huhs?, whaaaats?, pardon ?” And few of them even know much about podcasts and I somehow doubt if they did your show might not be their cup of tea … so you guys just became my ‘friends’ okay?
Anyhow I simply send them an online advertisement and let it go at that.

This is my second month using these vitamins. I can say, after the first month, I can tell a difference with less joint pain and such. However, my one critique is, during the bottling process, there most have been some extra turmeric leaking, because every capsule is orange and leaves residue on my fingers. The first bottle was not like this.

Over several months taking Foundation Daily each morning the benefits keep coming. After stepping in a mole hole while walking through the pasture (falling on my knee, then hip) had a great deal of pain and stiffness. Saw an orthopedist that suggested a knee replacement to correct the damage to the knee - not something I was ready to do. So, I talked to physical therapists and formulated a plan of action. With supplementation and targeted physical therapy my knee is coming along with better flexibility and less pain. Grateful every day for Foundation Daily.

This cupboard was once full of all kinds of supplements from Super B Complex, to Magnesium to you name it. I decided to try Crowder's formula because I believe he takes his health seriously. I buy from Crowder Shop because I trust you guys. Loyal mug clubber for several years. Also ordered the new creatine, looking forward to it. The only concern I have is the inconsistency in color and taste. My first batch was typical tan colored contents, no noticeable flavor. The next batch was more yellow, and tasted like chicken soup or something... the most recent batch was full-on orange, and I felt I had to say something. Much like diet and exercise, consistency is key to success. You gotta get these consistent, guys! And do something about the flavor... I frigging hate soup!

I'm a 46 yr-old field mechanic for a construction company and started taking the supplement and creatine to help supplement my diet. I don't know how I would actually rate it other than I do feel more focused and get fewer heat cramps. Overall I feel better and more alive than I did taking the stuff off Wal-Mart's shelf.
