I’ve been taking Foundation Daily and Creatine for a while now. I definitely feel better. All the little aches and pains I used to mask with ibuprofen are gone. I only have one question, I have received a couple of different bottles over time with a noticeably different color of the batch of Daily. I have taken a picture of the two contrasting the difference. My assumption would be the Turmeric. Is this normal or could it have been caused by a poorly mixed batch. The difference in color affected the entire bottle of capsules.

While the product itself seems to be okay, different bottles have different consistencies. For instance, the color of the pills changes between batches.
My biggest gripe is that they cannot get the shipping correct. I apparently ended up with two subscriptions. Initially I contacted them and they canceled one of the subscriptions. This seemed to work okay for a couple of months, but now I'm getting two bottles a month again. I simply can't afford that, nor do I need it. I've reached out and I haven't heard back.

Great stuff! I can’t imagine not using it now… after a few days I felt better and after a couple of weeks I felt “good”; noticeably …and significantly and as a person who travels an extreme amount w regular medical visits: I rarely get sick these days, where I used to get sick routinely. And having Crowder talk about it on a regular basis on the show helped reach saturation level, be motivated, reminded, etc. ..when I added the creatine I started feeling good, obviously better and I started moving … I made it to them in the gym for the first time in 10 years! Yardwork, chores, errands…I have a mom w cancer, sister w fybro and wife with hyper flexible medical issues I’m trying to get setup and on board w taking these products. The only downside is having to change the shipping plan again once the new products come out as I’m sure whatever they are I will be taking them ! (But it’s getting easier to navigate and the VIP discount and monthly credits are awesome … I was unaware and am long time mug club member). In year 48, foundation has been the singular positive and notable physical and mental real health change for me.
And the creatine is the easiest supplement I’ve ever taken… you can literally Tony Montana it and it’s tasteless and dissolves so quickly and easily.

I was previously taking a GNC's Mega Men multivitamin, and I had to supplement additional magnesium and vitamin D before my doctor was happy was happy with my blood work.
After taking only Foundation for a few months, I no longer need the additional pills. Labs from my annual physical looked great.

We’ve been taking Foundation since December 2025. My husband, who’s in his 70’s had labs done prior to taking Foundation, and they weren’t great, high cholesterol mainly. He also had high blood pressure. He just had labs done recently and everything was perfect. He is on ZERO medications, too! I’ve been taking it too to help with joint pain. It helps some, but I also have some arthritis and hormone issues. I hope to have my labs done soon to see how everything looks internally. But we both can definitely feel when we miss a dose, because we get a little stiff and achy. We love it because we no longer need 5-10 bottles of supplements, now we just need one!

It’s not so much that you notice a huge change, well maybe in the morning, but most certainly when you stop. I went into financial crisis and had to shave back on spending. Cutting the foundation out of my day made my work outs sluggish and significantly hurt my physical and mental motivation. I’ ve reUp’d my subscription, that the crowder gang graciously held for me and now my morning wood arrives on time every day!!!

The smell was overwhelming, I thought I opened up a jar of garlic powder. I’m not even going to try and take these. I love you guys and everything you do for us conservatives but this product gets a zero rating from me. Now I see that I can’t get a refund because I opened the bottle. I was taking a daily vitamin, joint suppliment, & usually Tylenol every day.
If I didn't time the vitamin & joint suppliment with my meals properly - I'd get nauseous.
While taking Foundation - I don't get nauseous & have only had to take Tylenol once after packing out a huge bull elk.

I feel great after using these for only a month. I'm not tired in the middle of my day anymore and my sciatic stopped bothering me as much. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that but it did. My only gripe is that when I take it at night it seems to keep me up. Most likely a personal thing since I don't see any other complaints about that.

Foundation multi vitamins are great! After 3 months of using them I have seen subtle differences. Mostly in my knees and BP although it was never high but now it's going back to normal for me which is below 95. I did notice a huge difference in color, this bottle is a much brighter orange than the other 3 bottles! I would like to order the Creatine, is there anyway I can get it with my multi's every month? Or do I just need to order it separately? I'm almost out of my Creatine, and if I could get Foundation Creatine with my Foundation Vitamins that would be fabulous!
