Once your package has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders ship out from our warehouse in 7-14 Business Days. Once your products have been produced & shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will allow you to track the progression of your package.

I need to modify/adjust my order.
We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been submitted, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/Billing Address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping Method
I placed multiple orders, can I combine them?
Once your order is placed we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.
I was sent the wrong item!
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly and efficiently:
- Order Number
- Name of the item you did not receive
- Name of the item you received in it’s place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including the logo.
Once the above information is received, our customer support team will get this resolved for your ASAP.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
email@example.com within 24-48 hours of delivery with detailed images of the product(s) in question and the packing/invoice slip and we will get it replaced or refunded.>
